Bridge is committed to providing you with the best language learning experience possible and we back that commitment with our guarantee. If, for
whatever reason, you are not satisfied with the services we provide and we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will promptly refund
the unused portion of your language program fees in accordance with our cancellation and refund policies.
Currency & Method of Payment – All fees are listed and payable in U.S. Dollars. Bridge accepts the following methods of payment: wire transfers, all
major credit cards and cash. Wire payments must include all bank transfer charges, including intermediary bank charges.
Registration Fee – A non-refundable $75 registration fee is required with your completed application in order to process your enrollment.
Last-Minute Bookings – A non-refundable $95 rush fee will be added to all course booking requests made less than 14 days of the course/lodging start date. Bridge cannot guarantee placement in a host family with an application received less than 14 days prior to starting a study program. We request notification of placement with a host family at least 21 days before arriving to ensure your housing request.
Tuition & Host Family Fees – Tuition and host family fees are listed in the Price List. All tuition and host family fees for a program of 12 weeks or less must be paid in full before starting your program. Tuition and host family fees are due 14 days prior to your start date. Class placement and housing accommodation will not be confirmed until all fees have been paid in full. Tuition and host family fees and other applicable fees for longer programs are due in full every 12 weeks or for the remaining weeks of the program. Students are permitted to stay with host families a maximum of 3 additional nights at the daily rate after completing a program at Bridge.
Course Extensions – Students are welcome to extend their study programs. We require a one-week extension notice to confirm class placement.
Tuition and housing fees are due upon confirmation of the extension program.
Travel Medical Insurance & Medical Expenses – All Bridge students must have travel medical insurance to cover any medical expenses, emergency medical evacuations and repatriation. It is your responsibility to verify that your travel medical insurance provides sufficient coverage to include all costs
while traveling and for the whole duration of your program. If you cannot provide evidence of acceptable coverage, you must purchase travel medical insurance made available to you by Bridge approved third-party insurance provider. The cost for travel medical insurance made available through Bridge is $75 for a program of 6 months or less, but prices are subject to fluctuations. If you elect to purchase travel medical insurance through
Bridge insurance fees are due 14 days prior to your start date. Travel medical insurance fees are non-refundable. If you choose to select a medical insurance package provided through Bridge, you are responsible for independently verifying the sufficiency of the coverage for your needs. All medical or emergency assistance costs, whether or not covered by your insurance policy, are your full responsibility and Bridge does not assume any legal
responsibility for payment of these costs. You may be required to pay for treatment at the time you receive it and it will be your responsibility to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
Books – The book fee is $60-125 depending on student’s level and duration of the program.
Airport Pick-Up – If you would like Bridge to arrange airport transportation for an additional fee, please request this service when registering for your program.
Valid Pricing – Prices are updated every calendar year. Prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed upon invoicing. For current

Special Offers & Promotions – Special offers cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and are subject to availability. Regular course refund and cancellation policies apply. Special offer discounts apply to tuition only and do not apply to special courses.
General Refund Policies
– Bridge refund policy is valid only when booking a course directly with Bridge. Students booking courses through a language travel agency or third party will be subject to the refund policy of the agency or third party.
– Bridge does not make refunds to students who are terminated due to violation of Bridge’s disciplinary and/or attendance policies or violation of local laws.
– The registration fee, travel medical insurance fee, book fees and rush fee are non-refundable, except in the case where Bridge cancels its course(s).
– All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing (by email, fax, or mail). The last date of attendance will determine the refund amount that is payable.
– All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Refunds of payments made by personal check will be processed only after the check payment has cleared, and then generally within 15 calendar days of notification of cancellation. Refunds of payments made by wire transfer will be net of any applicable bank wiring fees. Bridge undertakes no liability if this refund is delayed for any reason.
Cancellation BEFORE the start of any class
– In the event that Bridge cancels its course(s), all monies will be refunded.
– If you cancel 14 days or more prior to the start of scheduled classes, Bridge will refund all monies paid, less the non-refundable fees.
– If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the start of scheduled classes, Bridge will refund all monies paid, less the non-refundable fees and a $200
Cancellation AFTER the start of any class
– If you cancel after starting class, no refund will be issued.
- For private classes – All private classes must be canceled in advance with at least 24 hours notice (full business day) or else you will be charged for the missed class(es). More notice is highly appreciated so we can properly reschedule your private class.
- For group classes – If you miss a group class (for any reason), you will be charged for the missed class and will not be able to make it up.
Host Family Fees
– If you cancel your host family program before the start of scheduled classes, Bridge will provide a full refund of housing fees.
– If you cancel after staying with a host family, no refund will be issued.
Acceptance – Once Bridge receives your registration materials and all applicable fees, you will receive confirmation of acceptance in approximately 3 to 5 business days.
Special Medical Conditions – Please inform Bridge of any medical conditions that might affect your participation in the program. If you do not fully disclose this information, Bridge may not be aware of conditions that could require special accommodations.
Start Dates – Courses begin every Monday of the month. If a Monday is a national holiday, the course will start on the following business day.
Day-One Registration – On the first day of your program, you will need to arrive at Bridge one hour in advance for a placement test and orientation.

Instructional Hours – Please refer to the Price List for the different program options and instructional hours. One class hour consists of 55 minutes of instruction. Students may have courses in the mornings or afternoons. Student schedules will be determined by Bridge.
Holidays – Should a national holiday fall on a class day, group class hours cannot be recovered, nor are they refundable. Only private classes will be rescheduled. A list of holidays for each location can be found on our websites: www.BridgeChile.com and www.BridgeArgentina.com. Bridge will do its best to inform the student of these holidays. However, we reserve the right to change the schedule if necessary. We are not responsible for missed class due to holidays.
Class Size – The maximum class size is 7 students for BridgeArgentina and BridgeChile. If there are 3 or fewer students in a group class, class hours will be reduced from 4 hours per day to 3 hours per day.
Course Changes & Postponements – Changes to your course can be made more than 14 days before the start date without any additional charges.
Changes made after that time are not guaranteed and are subject to the cancellation fees outlined above in our Refund Policy. Fees do not apply when adding additional services to the end of your program.
Completion of Your Program – On the last day of your program, you will have the option to take a final test online or on paper to determine your level. You will receive a certificate demonstrating your ending level.
Student Behavior & Expulsion – All students in a Bridge program must obey the local laws of and behave in a respectful manner to school employees, fellow students and host families. Bridge reserves the right to expel (without refund) any student whose behavior violates Bridge’s policies or those of special program providers, tour operators, etc. Grounds for dismissal include abusive behavior, frequent tardiness or failure to attend class and intoxication or illegal drug use. Bridge also reserves the right to dismiss a student for additional behavior that, in the discretion of Bridge, damages the reputation of Bridge. Any expenses incurred by Bridge in terminating the program of a student who violates Bridge policies will be the responsibility of the students and will be charged to the student.
Photography, Filming & Testimonials – For promotional purposes, Bridge may photograph, record and videotape students while attending Bridge classes or activities conducted by Bridge. If students desire not to be photographed, Bridge will respect their wishes if Bridge has been notified. Students and their parents or guardians, where applicable, understand that Bridge will own the photographs and/or video footage in which students may appear.
Bridge may also publish, display or obtain testimonials or other statements from students to use in print, electronic, or online advertising, marketing and promotional materials. Testimonials may be used with or without identifying the student and Bridge reserves the right to edit/proofread submitted testimonials if necessary, where length and subject content are relevant. Students and their parents or guardians, where applicable, consent to the use of these testimonials.
In consideration of my acceptance into the Bridge program (“Program”), I agree to the following:
I am voluntarily participating in the Program and understand the inherent risks and dangers associated with my participation in the Program.
I agree to accept all risks of injury, including death, damages or harm, which may result from my participation in the Program or travel abroad. I, for myself, my heirs, successor and executors, knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless Bridge Education Group, Inc., its divisions, affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, third-party providers and agents, insurers, successors (collectively, the “BRIDGE Entities”) from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs and expenses) arising directly or indirectly out of any injury or death as a result of my participation in the Program, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of the BRIDGE Entities.
Notwithstanding the above, the BRIDGE Entities’ total monetary liability to me, or anyone claiming by, through or under me, for any actual damages relating to my participation in the Program will be limited to an amount equal to the total fees paid by me to BRIDGE. In no event will the BRIDGE Entities be responsible for any consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of income, resulting in any way from my participation in the Program.
I represent to BRIDGE that, to the best of my knowledge, I am in good mental and physical health. I acknowledge that I have been fully advised by BRIDGE that it is compulsory that I purchase and maintain health insurance to cover any medical expenses and/or emergency medical evacuations. It is my responsibility to make certain that the insurance covers such costs incurred outside of my home country. BRIDGE may, from time to time, offer health
or travel insurance coverage through selected third-party insurance providers. Should I choose to select any insurance package provided through BRIDGE, I acknowledge that I have independently verified the sufficiency of the coverage for my needs.
In case of illness and/or injury, permission is granted to any duly licensed medical center to examine or treat and make necessary referrals to outside physicians as indicated. I accept responsibility for payment of all services rendered. Permission is also granted to release information regarding my health to other designated individuals including my emergency contact, insurance provider, university staff if applicable and/or my country embassy. I authorize BRIDGE to release information regarding my studies to my guardian or sponsoring agency.
I further grant permission to BRIDGE and its successors to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings of me or testimonials provided by me regarding the Program for purposes of commercial advertising, marketing or promotional literature without the need for further consent from me.
I understand that my Program expenses (excluding personal miscellaneous expenses) while studying at BRIDGE will be as indicated in the Application and on the Price List. I agree to accept full responsibility for these expenses. I have read and understood the BRIDGE Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by BRIDGE’s rules and policies. I have also read and understood the BRIDGE cancellation and refund policy. I agree to accept full responsibility for
my actions while participating in the Program and any related activities (including excursions).
I hereby acknowledge that I have carefully read this document, that I fully understand its content and that I am agreeing to this Waiver and Release of Liability voluntarily and intend for its use to be legally binding. The provisions of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
